About The Artist Marlene McAlary A self-taught artist, Marlene McAlary was born and raised in Oregon. She came to California, because she loves the Ocean. She attended college here on the Central Coast. Marlene has always loved art and has for the last few years, spent time with children teaching them art and the joy of reading. Her love for others, including her love for music and painting makes her a joyful experience to be around. She always has a smile and a kind thing to say. She will make your work experience fun as you enter into her world in glass etching, glass carving, and as Marlene puts it, glass shadowing. |
